BetVictor Canada earned its first Super Bowl victory over the punters in three years, thanks to Kansas City Chiefs’ defeat to the Philadelphia Eagles.

Of all bets placed on the Moneyline, 58% were in favour of the Chiefs, who suffered a 40-22 defeat in their quest for a three-peat. BetVictor Canada also benefited from its +200 Super Boost for a Saquon Barkley touchdown, which did not come in for punters – Barkley having 25 carries and 57 yards but no TD.
Overall, in comparison to 2024, BetVictor Canada saw a 42 per cent increase in Super Bowl bets, and a 72 per cent increase in actives.

Looking ahead to the 2025 season, the Eagles are the 6/1 (+600) favourites to defend their Super Bowl crown, with the Chiefs 13/2 (+650) to reclaim their throne. The Baltimore Ravens and Buffalo Bills are both tied at 7/1 (+700) to scoop the NFL’s biggest prize.

We stuck our necks out to offer a +200 Super Boost on a Saquon Barkley touchdown too, but thanks to a Philadelphia Eagles victory without a Barkley TD, we ended up with a win over the punters for the first time in three years.

“The game broke records for broadcast viewing figures, and we were happy with the numbers ourselves, with a 42 per cent YOY increase in bets and 72 per cent increase in actives too. For next year, we’ve set our stall out with the Eagles as favourites, Chiefs second-favourites and the Baltimore Ravens and Buffalo Bills the two other closest challengers for Super Bowl glory in 2026.”
